I invite you and your friends to join me
in ecstatic dance jams starting in Honolulu
and Kailua. Perhaps you've been part
of Sweat your Prayers, Barefoot Boogie
or Dance Church back in the Bay Area.
I'm hoping to bring some of that juicy vibe
here to Oahu.

Ecstatic dance jam is an invitation to
dance as your spirit is moved, for creative
self-discovery in movement, heightened
awareness, blissful states of meditation,
profound healing and insights. Although
suggestions of movement patterns are given,
you are free to just BE. Great music from
around the world! An amazing workout for
both body and soul!
NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NECCESARY.
The work is for everyone who longs to dance
and to be free. It is for experienced or
inexperienced dancers and those who so far
have only danced in their imagination or
behind closed doors. It is open to people of
all ages, shapes, fitness and abilities.The
freedom and simplicity of joy-in-movement
is guaranteed medicine for our busy lives.

jams in Sun Valley,Idaho for several years

Honolulu. I'll be starting a series of Dancing
the Chakras in June.
